The Company was formed with a Vision to be a reliable and dependable Indonesian Mineral Producer by the year 2008. Its Mission is to acquire rights to coal, iron and other mineral projects, explore those projects and, based on successful exploration results and economic conditions, develop those projects to produce and sell those minerals. The Company will also consider new acquisitions.
