Chairman View more Information on Coal Industry	Corporate Structure The Company is an investment holding company with its registered office in Perth, Western Australia and has structured its operations through its subsidiaries in Indonesia and Malaysia as follows: CLICK AT THE DIAGRAM BELOW TO HAVE A CLEAR VIEW.   Through its 95 per cent owned Indonesian controlled entity PTI, the Company will conduct the businesses of  coal exploration in the Abadi Project with a 100 per cent equity interest and coal exploitation in the Palapa Project with 100 per cent equity interest.  Similarly, through its 100 per cent owned Malaysian controlled entity LBSB, the Company will conduct its business of coal exploitation in the Kilisuci Project with a 65 per cent equity interest.
